I'm Claire, and I run HRnetics, an HR consultancy, based in Farnborough, Hamphsire. I give practical, hands-on HR support to small businesses across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire, and I understand the pressures of running HR because I've done it.

I’m Claire Fitzgerald, a CIPD-qualified HR leader with more than 15 years’ experience in operational HR, most recently leading the function for a workforce of around 1,300 people.
My experience spans contract catering, hospitality, education and travel, including a B Corp adventure travel business, so I understand the pressures of an operational environment and the pace HR teams actually work at.
I set up HRnetics to give businesses the kind of support I'd have wanted myself: someone experienced who can review how HR operates, deliver a specific project, introduce new technology, or provide extra HR capacity during a demanding period.

Do you only work with business in Farnborough?
No. I'm based in Farnborough and work with businesses across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire, and with clients across the UK over Teams.
I don't have an HR department. can you still help?
Yes. Lots of small businesses don't have anyone in HR. I can be the person you call when something comes up, or help you get the basics in place.
Do I need to sign up to a monthly contract?
No. I work on a project or as-needed basis, so you only pay for the help you use.
