Accessibility Statement

HRnetics is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

Our Commitment

We want everyone who visits this website, whether you're an HR professional, a business leader, or exploring our digital tools, to be able to access our content and services easily, regardless of ability. We're working towards meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which is the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility.

What We've Done

We aim to:

  • Use clear, plain-English content and avoid unnecessary jargon.

  • Use headings and page structure that work with screen readers.

  • Provide sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds.

  • Make sure the site can be navigated using a keyboard as well as a mouse.

  • Provide descriptive text for images where practical.

Known Limitations

As a small business, we're continuing to review and improve accessibility across the site. We are not currently aware of any specific accessibility barriers on the site, but we welcome feedback if you encounter one.

Feedback and Contact

If you find any part of this website difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, please get in touch:

Email: enquiries@hrnetics.co.uk

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 working days.

Enforcement

The Equality Act 2010 requires businesses to make reasonable adjustments so that disabled people can access goods and services. If you're not happy with our response to an accessibility issue, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which provides free advice on the Equality Act 2010 and can advise on next steps, including making a claim in the county court.

Reviewing This Statement

We will review this statement periodically as we make improvements to the site. This statement was last reviewed on 19th July 2026.

This statement reflects our current approach to accessibility and is not a certification of full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. Private businesses in the UK are not currently subject to the same mandatory technical accessibility standard as public sector bodies (which is set under the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018), but the Equality Act 2010 requires reasonable adjustments to be made.
